Services are offered primarily for cash pay but we also take limited insurances in certain states
Psych Medication Management Pricing (Cash Pay)
Appointments are divided into 15 minute increments.
Initial Psychiatric Evals range from $100-200 for 30 min to 1 hour visits
Follow-ups and Med Management are $100 for 15 min visits.
Ketamine IM Pricing for Mental Health
Standard Loading Series - 6 injections : $250 per injection, patients can pay per injection
Booster Injection - $250 each
Grief Series = 3 Injections: $250 each
A short course of ketamine injections can be helpful in managing grief especially when coupled with therapy or grief counseling
Stress/Decompress Injection = $250
A one time dose of ketamine can help help to reduce stress when you are feeling overwhelmed by life stressors.

$250 per visit, includes cost of visit and cost of one month supply of medication (10 doses)
2x Week dosing
Self-administered in the comfort of your home
Troches or RDTs that dissolve in the mouth, we also offer a Sublingual Suspension
Ideal for Mild to Moderate Depression and Anxiety that does not respond completely to other treatments.

We are currently only serving the following states: AZ, CO, DE, FL, ID, MD, ME, NJ, NY, OR, PA, VT, WA. Do not schedule if you do not reside or have a mailing address in these states.
On the Scheduling Website, choose the type of appointment you are interested in and follow the steps to reserve an appointment.
Once reserved, you will receive invite to complete intake form.
Intake forms must be completed 24 hrs prior to each appointment or the appointment will be cancelled.
Once intake form is completed, you will receive a link to attend a video visit, unless you’ve requested an in person visit.
